Ordering the author's support:

• we control the compliance of completed construction work with the project;

• we carry out the selection of all finishing materials, furniture, lamps, plumbing;

• we take responsibility for organizing the procurement and delivery of all finishing materials, furniture, fixtures, plumbing;

• We conduct a dialogue with contractors on all types of work, discuss, approve the necessary details;

• we carry out adjustment of drawings after dismantling and installation works, alignment of walls, floors, ceilings;

• decorate the premises after the completion of repair work.

During architectural supervision, our architect performs 4-6 trips per month (to the site and to stores for the selection of materials ).
